This was a rerun of Zeta's fan Happi from 2024 (Original tweet), run with permission from asice_corone for an American convention. These happis were made-to-order, and were ordered from the same suppliers as the ones released for our previous projects.

Are there any costs for refund or chargeback?

Since this is a nonprofit operation, there are credit charges that we would unfortunately eat. If you would like a refund, it would cost 5% of the product price.
