FAQ

Will these arrive in time for XXX event?

We unfortunately do not have extras for Vexpo, since we shipped a limited amount for pickup at the convention.

Are there any costs for refund or chargeback?

Since this is a nonprofit operation, there are credit charges that we would unfortunately eat. If you would like a refund, it would cost 5% of the product price.
