This is dependent on shipping times. This will likely arrive ahead of time of ANYC and All For One and will be able to be shipped out to fans.

Are there any costs for refund or chargeback?

Since this is a nonprofit operation, there are credit charges that we would unfortunately eat. If you would like a refund, it would cost 5% of the product price.
