With permission from Kaigai Imports, this was the second round of Oozora Subaru Happis with her mascots updated, and some small changes to the details.

Are there any costs for refund or chargeback?

Since this is a nonprofit operation, there are credit charges that we would unfortunately eat. If you would like a refund, it would cost 5% of the product price.
