What sizes are available?

These generally fit larger than expected. Size M is most similar to size F with our typical Happis, so we recommend size M if you are unsure about sizing.

Are there any costs for refund or chargeback?

Since this is a nonprofit operation, there are credit charges that we would unfortunately eat. If you would like a refund, it would cost 5% of the product price.
