We are attempting to get these out by fes for offline pickup, since this is a short time frame and we are limited by how many our manufacturer can make in a short amount of time, we are limiting this to 40 orders. We ask that we prioritize people going to fes instead of proxy orders for this specific batch. Thank you for your understanding.

On pricing: Unfortunately since we accept USD, we are impacted by the volatile USD:JPY currency exchange so we are adding an additional $2 to help manage volatility.

Will these arrive in time for XXX event?

This is dependent on shipping times. This will likely arrive ahead of time of Holofes and will be able to be shipped out to fans. If not, we may offer limited pickup to fans in case these arrive late.

Are there any costs for refund or chargeback?

Since this is a nonprofit operation, there are credit charges that we would unfortunately eat. If you would like a refund, it would cost 5% of the product price.
